Finance Manager

William PineWilliam’s training as an accountant has already meant an interesting and varied career which includes working for the UK Civil Service departments of Taxation and Pensions. Over the past year he has also managed the finances for Damn Cheek’s Gateshead-based projects Passion for the Planet and Monday’s Child.

He is now bringing a lifetime of learning and skills to manage our accounts and budgets on a day-to-day basis as well as maximising our financial effectiveness overall.

William lives in Gateshead on the outskirts of Newcastle with his wonderful father. He is also a Lay Minister working in the parish of Christ Church Felling where several of Damn Cheek’s recent productions have been based. His hobbies when not busy are travelling, reading, writing and being an uncle to nephew Matthew.

William is very excited to be invited to permanently join the core team of Damn Cheek, whose values he holds close to his heart.
